(Ethics of Scientific Research on Experimental Animals)

Central Laboratory for Evaluation of Veterinary Biologics (CLEVB) held a symposium entitled “Ethics of Scientific Research on Experimental Animals” in the hall of the Veterinary Serum and Vaccines Research Institute (VSVRI) in Abbasia on Thursday 11/01/2024

The symposium was delivered by Prof. Dr. Jehan Ouf, Chief Researcher, at the Animal Health Research Institute and head of the Ethics Committee for Scientific Research on Experimental Animals, under the auspices of the Agricultural Research Center.

The symposium consisted of two lectures; The first one entitled "How to write an effective and successful animal use application" and The second lecture was entitled "Animal Care and Use Ethics"

Aim of the seminar was to increase awareness of researchers about role of the institutional animal care and use committee ARC- IACUC increasing the quality of scientific reseaech.
